Something New, Something Old

Boring begone! Mix up the week's menu with a few bold new recipes, as well as some old classics.


Dinners
  • Saturday: Bacon, Eggs, and Toast Your Way (B-E-T Breakfast Sandwiches and Open-Face Spinach and Sunny Side-Up Egg Sandwiches on Wheat Toast with side of Sliced Tomato)
  • Sunday: Pork Tenderloin Nachos and Tacos
  • Monday and Wednesday: Rigatoni with Mushroom Bolognese, Green Salad
  • Tuesday: Beef Tenderloin Steaks, Steak Fries, Broccoli
  • Thursday: Jerk Pineapple Pork Chops*, Rice, Sweet & Spicy Cabbage
Lunches
  • Asian Salad with Pork Tenderloin*
Snacks
  • Light rye crispbread
  • RF string cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Fruit cups
