Speedy Week, Slow Cooked!

For a busy week, think slow! Slow cooker, that is.


Dinners:
  • Saturday: Skillet beef stroganoff*, mushrooms
  • Sunday: Hot dogs, hot dog buns, FF potato chips, salad
  • Monday: Pork tenderloin with pomegranate molasses-wine sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans (held over from last week)
  • Tuesday: Kung-pao vegetables with whole-wheat spaghetti**
  • Thursdsay: Gingery pork***, steamed rice, broccoli (also held over from last week)
Lunches:
  • French onion soup***
  • Green salad
  • Cheese toasts
Snacks:
  • WW 1-point spreadable cheese
  • RF wheat thins
  • Pineapple tidbits in strawberry gel
